Built this fractal with the Editor in Apophysis 2.02, had about 13 transforms I think. Took around 1:30 - 2 hours just sitting there playing with the triangles and variations. It's how I do all my flame work now. I still have fun altering the options then doing random batches to see what I get, but I often take the one that stands out the most for me and then take it to the Editor and pretty much end up transforming it into a whole other symmetry anyhow. Though, if I find something 'unique' that I like in a batch I may make only slight edits.
Let me know what you fellow fractalists or people just passing thru think.
Make sure to Full-View.
This one is pure energy! It reminds me of a light saber that's emitting all kinds of electricity as well as natural flames. As apo renders go, this one is highly unique and you did an amazing job on it.

Guess I could save you the gradient file to send, or you can use ApoMap Palette Editor to make a custom gradient. Plus I'm sure you knew that you can use the 'smooth palette' feature to load up and .bmp, .jpeg to have grab those colors as a gradient, or even just make a small banner-ish sized pic and just paint the colors you would like in the amounts you may want, like a custom rainbow of sorts and then load that up and see how it looks as a gradient.
thanks for the tip on that program.. i downloaded it and found several grads i like.. i will be getting to work on some new stuff here shortly after i get my puter back up and running..
